Ms. Santiago is a consummate professional that never misses an
opportunity. When my wife and I were looking to purchase in Detroit, I
had my sites set on a unit within one specific development. As an IT
professional, I firmly believe if a person provides an email address,
they should use it. I emailed directly to 7 Detroit area real-estate
agents, 3 put me on a generic mailing list, 3 never replied, and 1
personally replied, Joy Santiago.
My wife and I were overseas, which needless to say, complicated the
entire process. My wife flew in from overseas to arrange the
reservation for our future unit and although we had committed to
purchasing at The Westin Book Cadillac, Joy arranged visits to several
comparable locations to assure us of our purchase. It is clearly
evident Joy knows the Detroit and surrounding market thoroughly.
When our unit became available, Joy painstakingly coordinated the
